We are delighted to announce the dates for the 2026 Leading Roadshow in the Southeastern region, taking place from June 22 - June 25.
We have crafted a highly effective program of events across Charlotte NC, Charleston SC, Atlanta GA, and Philadelphia PA. This itinerary offers a strong mix of scale and quality: Atlanta will be our major event, maximizing broad attendance and visibility, while Charlotte, Charleston, and Philadelphia will provide strategic, intimate opportunities for focused client engagement. While we are fine-tuning prolific opportunities to enhance client relationships, build new contacts, and increase sales, please note the itinerary and locations are still subject to minor changes.
PARTICIPATION FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- The cost to participate in this roadshow is USD 5000 for one hotel representative
- Please register as soon as possible as space is limited
- After March 24th, participation will increase to USD 5250 for one hotel representative
- To consider your participation confirmed, payment must be received via credit car before event start date and your hotel must be in good financial standing or have a payment plan in place for outstanding fees. Hotels that do not meet these criteria will be unable to participate in any events.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations so please ensure you are fully committed upon registration.
