PARTICIPATION FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- The cost to participate in this mission is USD 5000 for one hotel representative
- Please register as soon as possible as space is limited
- After July 14th, participation will increase to USD 5250 for one hotel representative
- To consider your participation confirmed, payment must be received via credit car in full upon registration and your hotel must be in good financial standing or have a payment plan in place for outstanding fees. Hotels that do not meet these criteria will be unable to participate in any events.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations so please ensure you are fully committed upon registration.
